All services are provided only at our shop/spa location.
Customers must personally visit the shop to receive any booked service.

2. Booking Acceptance
All bookings are subject to review, availability, and acceptance by Full Body Spa.

- cancel a booking
- require advance payment
- refuse future bookings

Submission of a booking request does not guarantee confirmation.
3. Payments
Customers may be required to make full or partial payment in advance.
We accept approved payment methods only.
American Express cards, vouchers, and gift cards are not accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse any payment method not supported by our systems or business process.
4. No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, including advance payments, booking amounts, package amounts, and service payments, except where refund is required by applicable law or specifically approved by Full Body Spa in writing.
No refund will ordinarily be provided for:
- change of mind
- late arrival
- no-show
- unused portion of time
- refusal to comply with shop rules
- inappropriate or suspicious conduct
- requests for prohibited services
Because Indian consumer law can void unfair contract terms, keeping the clause “except where required by applicable law” is the safer way to make this business-protective while remaining legally sensible.
5. Lawful and Professional Services Only
Full Body Spa provides only lawful, professional spa and beauty services.
We strictly do not provide:
- illegal services
- indecent services
- inappropriate services
- prohibited activities of any kind
Any request for such services will result in immediate refusal of service and may lead to permanent refusal of future bookings.
6. Professional Therapists and Staff
Our services are delivered by professional therapists and staff according to our internal service standards.
We reserve the right to assign staff, reassign staff, modify service flow, or refuse a service where necessary for operational, legal, safety, hygiene, or conduct-related reasons.
7. Hygiene and Shop Rules
We maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and business standards at the spa. Customers are required to follow all shop rules, staff instructions, hygiene expectations, and lawful conduct requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or discontinue service if a customer:
- behaves inappropriately
- appears intoxicated
- uses abusive language
- creates discomfort for staff or others
- violates hygiene or safety expectations
- makes illegal or improper requests
8. Arrival, Delay, and No-Show
Customers are expected to arrive on time.
Late arrival may result in:

No-show bookings may be treated as completed for payment purposes.
